Information for agents working with us


Our role in the insurance transaction is to provide advice and counsel to insurance buyers. We do not sell insurance. We do not accept commissions, fees, gratuities, gifts, or other remuneration from insurance agents or companies.

Our loyalty and obligation is to our client, the insurance buyer.

We promise to deal openly and fairly with all agents and companies. We demand the same treatment.

Problems rarely "take care of themselves." If you have a concern, issue, or problem, bring it up sooner rather than later.

Your proposals are confidential. We believe an insurance marketplace that is fair and up-front is in the best interest of our client. We will never reveal or share any competitive information you provide us with any other agent or company prior to receiving their proposal.

In a bidding process we do allow competing agents to review "current" policies and pricing. We believe that this puts everyone on an even playing field. Everyone knows the current year's price. Nobody knows the bidding price when they submit proposals.

We do not give "second chances" in bids or proposals. We expect your best work up front. Discrepancies will be addressed without revealing other participant's position.

We set deadlines in an effort to make the process work better for our client. If you are going to miss a deadline we are better off knowing ASAP.

We do not always recommend the lowest price to our client. Any proposal you provide us will be reviewed on the basis of coverage, price, and services offered. Our client is under no obligation to purchase insurance on the basis of price alone.

Once any proposal process (bidding) is complete we will communicate the results of the bidding directly to all agents and underwriters.

We are your insurance contact for our clients. We are hired to help them manage their insurance allowing them to focus on other functions within their organization.

The information we provide you is accurate to the best of our knowledge. We deal with you professional to professional.
