75% of Employees Ready To Change Jobs

I just read a report which claims that 75% of surveyed employees are planning to change jobs in the next twelve months.



I’m convinced that the best way to prevent serious workers’ compensation insurance claims is to hire the right people. Where are you going to get the employees to replace those that leave you? How will you screen them? How will you train them?



We all know employees who will come to work “while on death’s door.” We also know people who stay home with a hangnail. Injured employees who want to come back to work have better outcomes for everyone – employee, employer, and insurer.



Identifying the honesty, perseverance, and fortitude genes in employees will be a boon for employers, employees, and customers.
